This new strategy combines the professionalism of real estate Best Practice with the integrity we built into our successful Closed Tenders. The sales process for each property will vary, depending on the vendor's needs identified at the time of listing, so it is hard to give a general description. The marketing will provide for the Vendor to consider offers, even conditional ones, stand-alone or competitive as available, once the property has been exposed to the market for a minimum of 7 days. A sale at the CASH PRICE can occur only after the period of time set by the vendor and provided certain requirements are met. The requirements applying for the particular property will be made available to prospective purchasers. Generally they will include that the offer is presented without competition, it is unconditional in all respects, a Bank Cheque deposit of 10% of the purchase price is included, and that settlement is to occur within the timeframe set by the Vendor.
